PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position will be responsible for supporting the location’s Office Manager and staff with daily operational functions. In this role, will also support Safety Programs, Accounts Receivables/Payable, and any additional tasks as needed.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Answer multi-line phone systems, greet customer and guests.
- Verify changes to proof of delivery (POD) tickets, ensure collection of cash on delivery (COD), and proper paperwork is submitted.
- Assist with researching short pays and past due invoices, to ensure customer accounts are current.
- Assist with daily inventory and end of month reconciliation.
- Review daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports and make any necessary corrections.
- Maintain office supplies, monitor UPS shipments, check daily mail and distribute.
- Support all areas as needed in Office Manager’s absence.
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- 1+ years of experience in office setting.
- 1+ years minimum of customer service experience.
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (i.e. written and oral).
- General office experience and strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
