Palliative Care NP (or PA) - Inpatient

Join an expanding Palliative Care (Hospice) team. 100% inpatient rounding on hospice patients.  Support 6 patients per day, 5 day workweek (Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm).  Practice autonomously.   Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care needs.  Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning.

Academic/teaching hospital.  Non-profit tertiary referral center with 350 physicians, with 2 hospitals (420-bed facility), with a Level II Trauma center. 

Requirements:

• Board Certified 
• Palliative Care or Hospice Care experience required
• ACHPN certificate, or Palliative Care certification once hired
• AL license, or eligible
• Open to RN Palliative Care or Hospice Care with acute-care experience

Compensation:
