Join a well-established 2 provider urology practice. Affiliated with large health system in SW VA with a 20 provider Urology Practice Group. State of art robotics! Perform procedures at hospital (located with minutes from clinic) or surgery centers. Support patients with general urology conditions and specialty cases; 80% bread and butter cases. No Call (1st year); 2nd year - anticipated call 1:6. Group has a solid support staff. NO EMR, still using paper charts.

Compensation:

• 1st year salary guaranteed, starting at $600k
• 2nd year productivity model (anticipate to be same)
• Signing bonus $35k
• Relo assistance $7500
• CME $2500 (one week paid)
• Partnership eligible (after one year)
• 4 weeks PTO

Requirements:

• Urology BE/BC
• VA licensed, or eligible
