INBOUND SALES EXECUTIVE

This opening is for a full-time sales executive position. The job is focused on relationship building and business development.

WE’RE LOOKING TO BRING ON SALES TEAM MEMBERS THAT WILL HELP US TRIPLE OUR REVENUE AND BE WITH US LONG-TERM. WHERE WOULD I WORK & WHAT’S IT LIKE?

All employees work out of our office in Winter Park, FL (near the intersection of University and Goldenrod). Our office is fast-paced and highly interactive among team members.

We’re an online company. No customer showroom means we can support our nationwide customer base without tire-kickers or distractions.

You’ll have a sit-stand desk, double monitors, and a super comfy ergonomic chair (Herman Miller Aeron if curious).

WHAT AM I SELLING?

We design, sell and make completely custom metal and fabric products (custom challenge coins, lapel pins, race medals, keychains, patches, etc.).

Less literally, we sell service. No one will see the design or buy products if we can’t give a good customer experience first.

Our goal is to deliver a service that’s so good customers can’t help but talk about it. We want to help not only the person inquiring but also their friends, family, and business associates.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

First off, this isn’t a B.S. MLM or a situation where we ask you to cold call.

New project requests come to you courtesy of our marketing team in the form of a call, email, text to your business line, or inquiry in our custom CRM. YOU’LL ALSO BE THE FIRST IMPRESSION OUR COMPANY MAKES TO THE CUSTOMER AND IT HAS TO BE GOOD. You work with our art team and customer to turn those ideas into reality and deliver them on time and on budget.

You will be the main driver of revenue by serving as the glue between the customer, our art team, and our production team. Our products are complex to make and have exacting standards. YOUR ROLE IS TO BE THE EXPERT AND MAKE IT EASY AND PLEASANT FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO GET WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR.

• A Navy Captain looking to make an official retirement coin

• A five-figure employee appreciation program for Coca-Cola

• A platinum recording artist’s manager designing tour merchandise

• A brick and mortar shop down the street that needs a couple of hundred enamel pins for customer appreciation

• A graphic artist looking to promote their brand

• Small Etsy shop owners

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• ≥ 2 Years B2B sales, logistics, or business development experience or Degree in sales, marketing, or business and prior work experience.

• A strong written and spoken communicator

  • All of our sales are via phone, email, or text, so you’ll have to leverage your communication skills without the benefit of face-to-face interaction.

• Comfort talking to a variety of people from all walks of life

• A fast learner

  • We have complex products that you’ll have to learn in detail so you can simplify the process for our customers and a custom CRM/sales platform we’ll teach you.

• Attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Thoroughly and concisely answering all questions, providing answers to questions you anticipate, and delivering on promises are all key to the service we provide.

• Excellence in time management, organization, and prioritization

  • Applicants must possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to redirect their efforts as necessary.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

• Base Salary of $45,000-$55,0000 per year (based on experience)

• Performance Bonuses (up to $12,000 per year)

• 10 Days PTO

• 6 Paid Holidays

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• New inquiries/leads arrive overnight and throughout the day.

• Evaluate, prioritize, and clarify those inquiries.

• Work together with the art team to quickly design a solution for the customer.

• Price and send that solution along with any suggestions and supporting materials to the customer.

• Follow-up and make adjustments until the design and product specification is perfect for the customer or they’ve decided they don’t need the product

• Field calls and emails from potential customers, current projects, and returning customers.

• Submit the day’s orders to production after reviewing

• Check on existing orders and coordinate with production timely and correct delivery

You will work with up to 50 customers on a given day.
