We are looking for a committed Personal Trainer who is eager to learn, contribute to a team, and operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Successful candidates will:
Have some experience as a personal trainer or extensive experience as a collegiate or professional athlete
Have an open, ego-free personality
Put the team's best interest first
Excel working with a wide variety of personalities and body types
Be organized, punctual, responsible, and communicative
Learn the Sterling method of training
Train clients with the Sterling method
Train other trainers and receive weekly training sessions from other trainers
Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the studio
Schedule and confirm sessions with clients
Proven experience as a personal trainer, as a collegiate or professional athlete, or as an awesome person ready to learn and work hard
Ability to manage clients with different types of personalities
Current knowledge of training best practices and studies
Drive to learn and grow on a constant basis
Professional behavior and common sense
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
