o Proficiency in GDSN based platform solutions, such as Attribytes/Syndigo, 1WorldSync, GS1 Canada, Retail Link, iTrade

o Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel

Duties and responsibilities relating to this position include, but are not limited to:

• Utilize various platform solutions to deliver the best possible product experience through content creation, enrichment, validation and syndication, while adhering to standardized guidelines
• Audit, manage and enrich product catalog and product information to ensure it includes accurate, up to date, and quality content that meets the unique requirements of each recipient
• Facilitate item set up in customer portals (1WorldSync, Retail Link Item 360, iTrade, WERCs, Repositrak)
• Initiate Pricing Request Forms for Sterno Standard Pricing and Sterno Delivery
• Review and validate forms submitted by Admins on behalf of Sales/National Account Managers in regards to customer/broker data and price changes
• Prepare daily pricing uploads
• Maintain pricing logs for audit purposes
• Assist with price increase and audit requests
• Responsible for maintaining and distributing updated price lists when any changes are made
• Responsible for updating customer/broker data in MAS
