MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Front End Web Developer will join our development team to assist with the development of our web applications. They should be a self-motivated, creative web programmer that will focus on the front end development and design, but also assist as needed with back end development if needed.
- Design, production, modification and maintenance of web application’s user interface
- Assist with the development and implementation of new features
- Work with back-end developers to implement front-end and user interface requirements
- Focus on template creation, usability, and functionality of each website
- Work with team on designing new interfaces to programs
- Thoroughly document design and implemented code
Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of front end web application development
- .NET, C#
- Strong ad-hoc SQL query development skills with advanced knowledge of relational databases
- Strong JavaScript/jQuery experience
- Strong skills in web design, web application UI, and usability
- Strong web developer with extensive experience in web-based applications using Microsoft technologies
- Good understanding of managing scalable, cross-browser code
- A portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and clean, compliant code
- A good understanding of usability and an eye for design
- Ability to communicate and coordinate within a team
- Outstanding attention to detail
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Business office environment
- Ability to sit for up to 8 hours unassisted
- Ability to view PC screen for up to 8 hours
- Ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment
