    Job Title: Office/ Finance Manager

    Job Type: Full-time

    Location: Oviedo, Florida

    Work Environment: In office. Flexible work arrangements are available.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office/ Finance Manager to join our team and oversee our business support services, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our office and showroom. We are GROWING! The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills to oversee daily office operations, company financial activities, and staff.

    Responsibilities:

    Finance Management

    Maintain accurate financial records, including daily financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and prep payroll.

    Prepare company financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

    Oversee the company cash flow management and financial reporting for remodeling projects including budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

    Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal taxes & legal regulations.

    Office Management

    Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and showroom.

    Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

    Manage the office & showroom supplies budget and operating expenses.

    Work with employees to address questions, provide employee relations, and nurture a positive work environment.

    Oversee and manage a performance appraisal and incentive system that drives high performance and efficiency.

    Participate in the recruitment and selection process and manage employee onboarding.

    Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    4+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping, office management, and finance roles (e.g. Office Manager, Finance Manager, Bookkeeper).

    Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and the ability to quickly learn new software.

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

    Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience with project management software i.e. BuilderTrend preferred.

    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
