We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer to produce photos and videos for both our residential and commercial clients. Photography is at the heart of a successful real estate company for many reasons, but the most important reason is to help us stand out. If you have experience in Real Estate Photography and a flexible schedule then we would like to hear from you! Most of our shoots are scheduled Monday - Friday between 9 and 5 but you must be available if needed on weekends. Responsibilities: Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner Create beautiful photos and videos of all agency listings and promote online and in print marketing so properties are attractive and sell quickly Able to retouch photos to ensure best lighting, contrast and high quality so homes are pictured at their very best Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day or week in order to meet the needs of our clients Qualifications: Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes Experience in real estate photography preferred but not required Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly
