DUTIES:

• Scanning, uploading, and organizing architectural plans for commercial office buildings.
• Drafting floor plans using CAD software
• Picking up and/or Dropping off Architectural Plans when needed (LA, OC, SD Counties Only)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Microsoft Office - Basic Knowledge
• Outlook
• Excel
• Word
• Knowledge of Windows File Explorer
• Utilize Acrobat or PDF Viewer
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Quick learner
• Ability to follow instructions
• Organizational Skills
• Types Approximately 50 WPM
• Motivated Self Starter

BONUS POINTS:

• Understanding of Blueprints
• AutoCAD Experience
