About the role Stevenson System's Team is looking for an exceptional Data Implementation Specialist. You will help us deliver and manage portfolio, building, and lease information data at its highest and most accurate level. Responsibilities: * Perform thorough data quality analysis of lease management information and documentation * Investigate and identify inconsistent data processing * Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for improvements that could positively impact the data and our customer experience * Work with asset and property management teams for proper data gathering. * Site support for clients and user experience. * Collaborate with team members to establish data accuracy * Accomplish targeted performance objectives with a positive and can-do attitude Qualifications: * Strong technology skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Understanding of real estate terminology and processing * A highly analytical, results-driven individual with great attention to detail * Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Success working in a team-based environment * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with various data formats * Familiarity with lease exhibits & architectural drawings * Property or asset management knowledge * Bachelor's degree Company Description
