About the Role
We are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality.
Wash and sanitize all service ware, cookware, utensils etc.
Cleans related food preparation/serving items, equipment and areas.
Operates dishwasher and loads items correctly.
Understands and applies all hotel and brand safety and security procedures and local, county and/or city health department standards.
Stores cleaned, dried items and equipment in proper area.
Maintains all cleaning / washing equipment in proper order and at proper temperature.
Set up ware washing equipment for proper use; inform supervisor of any malfunction or safety issues.
Advise supervisor of low inventory items and problems related to equipment and inventory.
** Starting wage for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**
