Job Description
We are seeking to add a Data Entry/Accounting Clerk to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Accounting
- Job cost data entry
- Create and maintain various excel reports
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Help prepare daily job dispatch reports.
- Construction job dispatch backup
- Various office duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Accounting experience in AP & AR
- Excellent computer skills including excel and word
- Strong organizational skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented
