    Still waters Home Health Agency is locally therapist owned company with a big vision and mission to provide exception care to every person, every time. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Home Health QA coordinator, who is passionate and want to grow with the flow in a health care setting .

    Job Summary: This position is responsible for QA the clinical notes on EMR on a daily basis basic on the company guidelines and protocols in place. Collaborates across the organization with the office staff, clinicians , patients/families utilizing a systematic, comprehensive, data-driven approach to achieve quality goals and improve overall client care standards. This position is also responsible for administrative tasks such as answering phones, assisting with reporting and faxing missed visits orders to the physician assisting with calling clinicians . patient to complete the quality analysis efficiently in a timely manner for compliance and billing purposes.

    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Two to three years of experience in a health care setting and One (1) year experience in Home health care setting preferred.

    • Experience and/or knowledge of medical office/ terminology preferred. Able to navigate through EMR .
