StingRay Parts Washers is seeking a talented and driven Administrative Specialist to provide top-notch clerical support to our team. This position is for a motivated team player who understands the critical nature of their position and who is proficient in most general administrative processes.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Is able to prioritize and multitask under pressure
• Understands general accounting and billing procedures
• Has strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office
• Has at least 3 years of experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role

THE POSITION:

• Assisting the front office; answering phones, greeting visitors
• Assisting the Office Manager with clerical tasks and special projects
• Assisting with the Order Entry clerical process; a critical piece of the Sales process
• Assisting the Accounting Department; matching invoices with receivers, other basic AP tasks
• Assisting with other special projects as necessary

HOW TO STAND OUT:

• College degree preferred
• Seven or more years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
• Three or more years of experience with Sales and/or Accounting and a CRM platform (GoldMine)
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a small business environment
