Job Purpose: The HR Coordinator supports the HR team in all aspects of Human Resources. The coordinator will assist with payroll administration, onboarding, employee engagement, employee appreciation, or general employee general questions or concerns. Assist in record keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. This position requires the ability to work a second shift. Job Function: · The HR Coordinator supports the HR team to promote a fair and consistent work environment. · Timecard approval, timecard edits as needed · Process E-verify, background checks · Full onboarding of new employees. · Employee engagement, employee investigation · Helps administer employee appreciation and recognition programs. · Responsible for the clear explaining of company policies, benefits, and procedures · Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, employee counseling etc. · Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salary, benefits or other pertinent information. · Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities. · Request information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other references to determine applicants employment acceptability. · Arrange for trainings related to Safety, Sexual Harassment, and common. · Maintains company organizational charts and updates monthly. · Coordinates and processes new hire paperwork. Skills: · Knowledge of HRIS Systems, Paycom preferred. · Knowledge of Microsoft Suite is needed. · Able to demonstrate good communication skills in Spanish. · Ability to demonstrate good communication skills in English. · Able to speak to an audience of more than 5 people at a time.
