    Stitser Properties is looking to add members to our real estate team in the Truckee, California area. Our on-site real estate agents provide developer sales and have to be experts at spotting opportunities, initiating cold calls, connecting with decision-makers, forming relationships, and closing deals with one call. To succeed in this position you must be adept at utilizing a consultative sales approach, listening intently, forming rapport quickly, organizing activities, touting the value of our offerings, and using a CRM software. You must also be able to manage your time in an efficient manner, collaborate with co-workers, possess sound judgment, and pay attention to the finer details. Compensation will be paid in commission based on the number of units sold, and will be calculated as a portion of the contracted amount. Responsibilities: Daily activities include but are not limited to the following: • Conducting property tours: Showcasing the developer's properties to interested buyers, highlighting their features, benefits, and potential investment value. • Providing information and answering inquiries: Responding to prospective buyers' questions about the properties, such as floor plans, amenities, pricing, financing options, and availability. • Building client relationships: Establishing rapport with potential buyers and maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. • Sales negotiations: Assisting in negotiating deals between buyers and the developer, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually agreeable. • Marketing and advertising: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including online listings, print materials, open houses, and events. • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Record weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Market analysis: Staying updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and local regulations to provide accurate information and insights to buyers. • Post-sales support: Facilitating the smooth transition for buyers after the purchase, coordinating with other departments to address any post-sale concerns or inquiries. Overall, your role as an on-site real estate agent for developer sales is to effectively promote and sell the developer's properties, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • At least 3 years of Sales Development Representative (SDR) or related experience • Exceptional phone and email communication skills • Proficiency in utilizing CRM and sales automation tools • Ability to nurture and maintain relationships with prospects • Solid time management, organizational, and analytical skills Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 per year
