    Job Description

    We are expanding n the Northern California area and looking for an accomplished Recruiter preferable with experience in the technical or accounting staffing industry. You will be recruiting Stock Plan Administrators for temporary and full time opportunities. Join our fantastic team!

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    *  You will be conferring with management and team leads to identify personnel requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.

    *  Meeting daily/weekly candidate touchpoint metrics in ensuring candidate pool of temporary resources meets requirements.

    *  Developing and maintaining network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.  Listing of contacts and supporting relationship information maintained in Salesforce on a daily basis.

    *  Initiating contact to qualify candidates for specific job opportunities.

    *  Screening and referring candidates for additional interviews with others within our company.

    *  Reviewing applications and interviewing applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the company and position.

    *  You will be developing and maintaining contacts with industry organizations and other public organizations in finding and attracting applicants.

    *  Developing and posting job advertising on SOS Websites and on internet sites as well as professional organization sites.

    *  Utilizing Internet online recruiting sources in identifying and recruiting candidates.

    *  Developing presentations for colleges, organizations, industry meetings, and job fairs regarding Stock & Option Solutions and our opportunities.

    *  Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.

    *  Working with Human Resources Department in performing reference and background checks on applicants.

    *  Coordinating communications with applicants during the interviewing and onboarding processes

    *  You will be working with Human Resources Department in coordinating a successful onboarding of new hires.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    *  Previous experience in the temporary staffing industry either technical or accounting strongly desired, 3 + years of recruiting experience.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    *  Fifth year college or university program certificate; or one to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    LANGUAGE ABILITY:

    *  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.

    REASONING ABILITY:

    *  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    COMPUTER SKILLS:

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Excel, and an ATS, preferably Salesforce.
