    Are you looking to break into the world of equity compensation and stock plan administration? A multi-billion dollar global tech and entertainment company (recently IPO’d) is looking for a Stock Plan Admin Associate to join their growing HR and Total Rewards team.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Support day-to-day operations of stock-based compensation programs (RSUs, ESPPs, stock options)
    • Assist in coordinating with payroll, HR, and external vendors to ensure accurate grant and vesting data
    • Help employees understand their equity: vesting, exercising, and account support
    • Maintain accurate records of equity transactions and generate basic reports
    • Support audits, trainings, and internal communication efforts related to equity plans

    Ideal Background:

    • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or HR-related field
    • 1–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, accounting, or comp/benefits
    • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical concepts (Excel, stock platforms)
    • Bonus: Experience with platforms like Carta, Shareworks, or similar equity tools
    • Bonus: Bilingual in Korean, Japanese, or another APAC language (not required)
