Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Stock Plan Participant Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for employees participating in public company stock plans, delivering education, guidance, and exceptional support related to their equity compensation.
Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required for this role, as you’ll assist participants with equity transactions and related brokerage activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Participant Support & Education:
Provide frontline support to stock plan participants via phone, email, and chat
Educate participants on various types of equity awards (RSUs, stock options, ESPP, etc.)
Assist with account setup, online access, and plan documentation
Trading & Transaction Guidance:
Guide participants through the use of the trading platform and assist with transactions such as exercises and sales
Collaborate with brokerage partners to resolve trade-related inquiries or issues
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all participant transactions and reports
Operational Excellence:
Maintain clear and detailed records of participant interactions
Identify recurring questions and contribute to improved FAQs and knowledge resources
Suggest process improvements that enhance the participant experience
Required Qualifications:
Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
Strong understanding of equity compensation plans and brokerage operations
Excellent communication and client service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
