    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I (CSR-1)

    ABOUT STOCKPKG

    StockPKG is a film, packaging and equipment supplier with a national footprint. We are national distributor of stock and custom packaging supplies with multiple sales channels. Our company has been growing in the high double-digit percentages over the past few years with plans to double in size over the next 5 years.     DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CSR-1

    o   Manage incoming calls & customer service inquires

    o   Distribute sales leads from online orders to Sales reps

    o   Enter orders submitted by sales or customer

    o   Ensure proper margins are in place

    o   Communicate effectively with customers, vendors & sales

    o   Documenting and uploading documents in doc management system

    o   Notify customer of any delays to orders

    o   Handle RMA from beginning to end

    o   Identify and assess needs of customer to achieve satisfaction

    o   Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the proper methods/tools

    o   Meet personal/customers service team sales target and call handling quotas

    o   Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

    o   Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents

    o   Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

    o   Take extra steps to engage customers

     

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

    o   Proven Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

    o   Prior experience in customer service, sales support-oriented role.

    o   Experience in any area of the packaging industry.

    o   Track record of over-achieving quota

    o   Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

    o   Familiar with QuickBooks

    o   Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel

    o   Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations & issues

    o   Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

    o   Prior experience in customer service, sales support-oriented role.

    o   Ability to create rapport over the phone and develop relationships with customers.

    o   Detail oriented with critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot, and problem solve along the way.

    o   Excellent communication skills with phone/email interactions and presentation skills.

    o   Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

    o   Must be dependable and present with excellent attendance.

    o   Positive attitude.

    o   Prefer college degree or High School diploma with 2 years customer service experience   

     

    JOB TYPE: Full-time and In-Person

     

    WHAT WE OFFER:

    o   Hours are Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm

    o   Pay Range 37,000 to 41,000 Year

    o   Paid holidays
