    Job Description

    Position Summary

    The Stock Clerk is responsible for receiving parts from the stockroom to the assembly floor, fabrication department or to customers. This individual also troubleshoots incomplete shipments. This position assists in maintaining accurate inventory control and will be expected to perform monthly inventory cycle counts. The Stock Clerk should be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and should be able to work under minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Put away parts from the stockroom, including parts from supplier, plating vendors and parts from fabrication.
    • Counts, sorts, weighs incoming orders to verify items on purchase order requirements, flags if incorrect.
    • Receives parts for intercompany material requisitions.
    • Receives parts orders for internal and external customers.
    • Provides assistance on inventory accuracy duties; enters all shipped goods into the ERP system (SAP) and performs cycle counts on a periodic basis.
    • Delivers material/packages within the facility.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum of 1-year job related experience or equivalent education-related experience.
    • Required to obtain Forklift license.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • PC Knowledge of SAP and MS Office

    Physical Requirements

    • No international and domestic travel
    • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. (above 30 lbs. with assistance)
    • Must be able to work in any position for an extended period, while being on their feet.
    • Ability to work with moving parts and mechanical hazards.

    Additional Information

    The anticipated starting salary for this position is $23.00/ hourly.

    Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
