    POSITION: Services Sales Engineer / Manager - Robotics

    LOCATION: Duncan, USA

    YOUR ROLE: Stone Recruiting, LLC is assisting its client in seeking qualified individuals for a Services Sales Engineer full time position. The position will be located in Duncan, S.C. and will report to the Robotics Head of Services. As the Services Sales Engineer, you will contribute to the development of the Sales and Marketing strategy linked to Services Business. The position requires a broad scope of activities relating to sales, marketing and customer service and a close collaboration with the Robotics team to drive Services business and increase installed base (IB) penetration.

    TRAVEL : 40-60%

    TERRITORY: USA, Canada, DR & PR

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Promote and develop the services business

    • Organize and coordinate local sales operations in ways that ensure maximum sales

    productivity

    • Define and organize action plan to reach expected lB penetration targets

    • Ensure local deployment of services product portfolio

    • Attend and represent the company to commercial events

    • Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor surveys and other feedback

    • Collect strategic market segment's needs, tailor local service offers in accordance with Local

    Head of Services to fulfill market requirements

    • Contribute to the local communication strategy to leverage the brand and to

    generate interaction between the brand and its customers

    • Ensure adherence to legal rules and Divisional Sales, Marketing and Service guidelines

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate degree in technical or engineering field

    • 5+ years services sales experience

    • Excellent industry knowledge / Exposure to customer communication environment

    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful service strategies

    SKILLS:

    • Expert in Industrial Services business

    • Strong and demonstrated strategic thinking skills

    • Outstanding sales management skill

    • Strong negotiation and analytical skills combined with excellent business acumen
