Job Description

Client is seeking a skilled Junior Accountant to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Provide support during audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a junior accountant, ideally within an accounting firm
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in an accounting firm environment.
• Familiarity with other accounting software and tools
• Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements
