Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Stone Veneer Field Superintendent to oversee and manage stone veneer installation projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can coordinate crews, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily field operations for stone veneer installation projects
- Coordinate and manage field crews, subcontractors, and materials
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents
- Enforce job site safety protocols and compliance with regulations
- Monitor project schedules and report progress to project managers
- Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in stone veneer, masonry, or similar construction field
- Proven experience in a superintendent or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to safety practices
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
