-Highly preferred Bank or Financial related industry experience.

-Must love people, and willing to put on a smile every day.

-Must have held a employment at one time for at minimum 1 year to be accepted.

-Willing to at some point in the future be trained by us and licensed by us in insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the face of our agency, handle the front desk
• Handle customer inquiries and phone calls
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer needs and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Great phone etiquette

• Passionate personality

• High attention to detail

• Additional previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields required.

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must pass extensive background check.
