Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Irvine, CA
Compensation: 130k - 170k Base + Bonus + Equity
Requirements: 6+ years of relevant PCB, design experience (Analog + Digital), Altium designer, microcontroller/FPGA based designs and medical device/aerospace background
Bonus if you have: Power electronics (SMPS, Battery charger, Motor drivers, etc.)

Based out of Orange County, California, our patient-centric, portable and intuitive product provides patients a way to seek treatment in the comfort of their own home. We are at a pivotal moment with our core product finally completing FDA 510(k) submission, which has allowed us to successfully start commercializing and we have major growth planned for the upcoming year.

What You Will Be Doing

- Develop electronics and electronic sub-systems 
- Participate in the medical device engineering lifecycle including requirements, architecture/design, implementation, modeling and simulation, V&V, integration and debug
- Produce schematic drawings and support PCB design, layout and routing of sub-assemblies
- Diagnose and propose solutions for electrical system issues
- Test and verify electrical designs

What you will need:

- At least 5 years of Relevant Design Experience

- PCB design and layout toolsets (Altium)

- Digital & Analog Circuit design

- Experience with microcontroller and FPGA based designs

- Communication Protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, etc.)

- Medical Device or Aerospace background required
