About the Role:

Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented Storage Engineer to join our growing team in Plano, TX! In this role, you'll design, manage, and optimize enterprise storage infrastructure that powers mission-critical systems. Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise storage systems and infrastructure

Monitor storage performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal uptime

Manage SAN, NAS, and object storage environments across on-premises and cloud platforms

Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related incidents and performance bottlenecks

Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to support storage needs for new and existing applications

Develop and maintain documentation for storage architecture, configurations, and procedures

Implement data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in storage engineering or a related IT infrastructure role

Hands-on experience with SAN/NAS technologies (Dell EMC, NetApp, Pure Storage, or similar)

Proficiency with storage protocols including iSCSI, Fibre Channel, and NFS/CIFS

Experience with cloud storage solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus

Strong understanding of data backup, replication, and disaster recovery concepts

Relevant certifications (e.g., EMC Proven Professional, NetApp NCDA) preferred

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
