Join the team at Northwest Office Liquidations where we offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to become our newest associate. The position is Saturdays from 9-5:30, Sundays from 10-5:00, Mondays and Tuesdays 9:00-5:30 for a total of 30.5 hours per week. In this role you will assist the sales staff with selling new and used office furniture, loading purchased furniture, stocking the store, cleaning and repairing chairs, furniture assembly, and store organization.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience. • Ability to consistently lift and carry items weighing over 50 lbs is required. • Keep the store organized and presentable, clean chairs and merchandise, ensuring an appealing environment for our customers. • Perform other tasks as directed, including inventory management, cleaning, and minor repairs if necessary.
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. • Physical strength and stamina to handle furniture moving and loading tasks. • Familiarity with online platforms and proficiency in posting items for sale. • Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store and effectively manage inventory. • Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
