Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance

Assist customers with product selection and answer questions

Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and promotions

Support sales efforts by recommending products based on customer needs

Operate the register and process transactions accurately when needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor

Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management

Ensure displays are properly maintained and visually appealing

Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate

Support overall store operations and team goals

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
