    This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 5th, 2023 and will end on August 11, 2023.

    The official hire date will be May 31st, 2023.

    About this business area:

    The Store Brands team provide Product Development & Innovation, Brand Management and Quality Assurance capabilities across three business units; Healthcare, General Merchandise & Consumables, and Beauty & Personal Care. In addition to generating almost $5B in Sales, the front store team is driving front store growth at a very profitable margin. We view OUR BRANDS as the Heart of the front store and our products are the face of the company to our 3M customers per day.

    You will work on:

    • Work collaboratively with a cross functional team to develop new items

    • Assist the team with updating existing items and facilitating the development of new brands in order to achieve front store sales and margin goals

    • Ensure new items, refreshes and product updates are executed on time with the aid of Project Managers

    PAY RANGE

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    • Minimum: 21.01

    • Maximum: 46.83

    Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Meet educational requirements (see education section)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Internship or work experience in related field such as business or healthcare

    • Have an interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation

    • Have an interest in the Retail/Consumer products industry, merchandising principles, manufacturing and customer insights

    • Previous experience working with data; ability to leverage research, data, and analytics to develop recommendation

    EDUCATION

    • Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree

    • Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2023 and August 2024

    • Have major(s)/concentration in Business, Engineering and/or Marketing
