Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage in-store IT equipment (PCs, POS systems, printers, etc.)
Support and monitor CCTV systems and network infrastructure
Provide daily IT support to store employees
Participate in a 3-week onboarding training program at headquarters
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Prior experience in IT support or store-level IT operations preferred
Basic understanding of network and CCTV systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Bilingual ability (English/Korean) preferred
