Automotive Store Manager | $120K–$150K+ Annual Earning Potential | San Angelo / Abilene

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead one of our top-performing locations. This is a high-car-count, $2M+ revenue store with a strong, established team already in place — the foundation is built. We need a leader who knows how to keep a great thing going and take it even further.

What you'll be doing (not all inclusive list):

• Leading and developing a tenured team of skilled technicians
• Delivering exceptional customer service that drives loyalty and repeat business
• Managing daily shop operations and holding the team to a high standard
• Driving revenue growth and managing store profitability
• Utilizing shop management software (Tekmetric) and reporting tools to track performance; other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:

• 2–3+ years of automotive service management experience
• A sales-driven leader with a track record of growing revenue
• Strong communicator who can motivate a team and build customer relationships
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
