Responsibilities: • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming experience at Big Dave's Cheesesteaks in Charlotte, NC. • Exhibit effective leadership and problem-solving skills to contribute to the store's success. • Supervise and lead staff members while upholding standards of excellence and cleanliness. • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations smoothly. • Supervise the daily store operations, including managing opening and closing procedures. • Motivate and guide a team of employees through training and feedback. • Address customer complaints promptly and maintain exceptional customer service standards. • Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment as an Assistant Store Manager. Qualifications: • Previous experience working as a store manager or assistant store manager is required for this role. • Strong leadership and management skills are essential qualifications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for effective team collaboration. • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is a key requirement.
