    Job Description

    We're looking for a Realty Project Coach to lead meaningful projects that shape the future of our store environments. In this role, you'll guide cross-functional teams through complex initiatives in project management, space management and store design. You'll leverage data analysis and operational insights to drive smart decisions that impact our associates and customers. Your leadership will help us create spaces where people want to work and shop. This is your chance to make a real difference at scale.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coach and lead cross-functional teams through realty and space management projects
    • Apply data analysis and operational expertise to inform strategic decisions
    • Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
    • Collaborate with store design and operations teams to optimize store environments

    Work Schedule:

    Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.

    Traveling Requirements:

    Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home is a role requirement. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time. Travel areas are based on project workload and will change as the business needs. Associate will be based out of a home store but can expect to travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for Realty Project Coach roles. Time traveling is not paid.

    Salary

    Annual salary range for this position is $60,000

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Our next Store Manager has:

    • Sales management, product sales, and/or customer service experience, ideally in a specialty retail environment

    • Demonstrated the ability to lead a team that delivers results

    • A proven track record of teaching, motivating and holding a team accountable

    • Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)

    • A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience

    • An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community

    • Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired, but not a requirement)
