Duck Donuts is looking for an individual with an upbeat, friendly and motivating personality with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to fill the position of Store Manager. The Store Manager is responsible for directing daily operations and ensuring compliance with standards for customer relations, food costs, safety, sanitation and product preparation and merchandising.
Responsibilities Include: managing the store; inclusive of Sales, COGS, and labor. Complete weekly inventory and ordering through the appropriate vendors Interacting with guests and following up on customer correspondences in a timely manner. Ensure proper execution of new product introductions and promotional programs within the store. Completes daily cash management functions. Schedule and ensure the appropriate staffing levels for each shift. Hire, train, and onboard new team members. Responsible for building team morale, and for the professional growth and development of employees. Responsible for out of store local community networking and marketing to expand the brand through catering. Follow all health regulations and maintain cleanliness of the store and its surroundings. Qualifications: Minimum two (2) years management experience within food service required. Minimum age requirement 18+ . Store manager will work full time, holidays and overtime as needed, may be on-call as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license.
