Position Summary
We’re looking for a Store Manager who leads by example — someone who thrives on the sales floor, connects naturally with clients, and inspires their team to do the same.
This role is both strategic and participative: you’ll oversee operations, drive sales, train and motivate the team, and ensure every detail of the store reflects the spirit of Gabriela Ceballos.
Fulfill any additional responsibilities or projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the brand’s mission. As the bridge between HQ leadership and the in-store team, you’ll ensure alignment, clarity, and balance — advocating for both team well-being and the brand’s long-term goals. This role is not a spokesperson position, but rather a connector that promotes understanding, accountability, and shared success.
You’ll take ownership of sales results, operations, and team culture, leading with empathy, organization, and professionalism every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Client Experience
Actively sell on the floor — model exceptional customer service and client engagement.
Provide personalized styling and help clients create custom jewelry at the Charm Bar.
Inspire your team to meet and exceed individual and collective sales goals.
Build lasting client relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.
Use product knowledge and storytelling to elevate every customer experience.
Track daily and weekly sales performance, identifying opportunities to improve results.
Leadership & Team Motivation
Lead, motivate, and empower your team daily through coaching, presence, and example.
Create an environment where every team member feels valued, motivated, and part of the company’s growth.
Foster motivation and growth by providing feedback, recognition, and consistent support.
Build a culture of enthusiasm, reliability, and collaboration that strengthens trust and communication.
Hire, train, and develop your team — helping them grow into confident, knowledgeable brand ambassadors.
Operations & Organization
Oversee daily operations: scheduling, opening and closing, task delegation, and floor supervision.
Maintain the store’s cleanliness, organization, and visual standards according to brand guidelines.
Supervise inventory handling — restocks, transfers, and periodic counts with accuracy.
Manage cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance with operational standards.
Support off-site events and pop-ups when needed, assisting in setup, sales, and presentation.
Strategy & Communication
Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and team insights to propose creative strategies that improve store performance and visibility.
Communicate clearly and professionally with HQ — providing updates, feedback, and suggestions that align with brand goals.
Ensure consistent communication between leadership and the team, following the established chain of command.
Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to align marketing, inventory, and event initiatives.
Brand Representation & Confidentiality
Represent the company’s values with professionalism and discretion, both inside and outside the store.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company information, performance, financials, and internal discussions.
Uphold the Gabriela Ceballos brand image through consistent presentation, behavior, and communication.
Marketing & Content Support
Support marketing initiatives by recording short clips or photos for social media (no editing required) to authentically capture the brand’s in-store energy and client experience.
Support the brand’s growth by contributing ideas or assisting in identifying potential events, pop-ups, partnerships, or collaborations that align with the Gabriela Ceballos aesthetic and mission.
Helping research local opportunities, sharing creative suggestions, or providing feedback from client interactions that could inspire brand activations.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a management or keyholder role.
Proven experience leading a small team while participating actively in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
Commitment to confidentiality, communication, and upholding brand integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in jewelry, fashion, or boutique retail management.
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Familiarity with Shopify or similar POS systems.
Interest in styling, merchandising, or event coordination.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience.
Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
Sales bonuses based on performance.
