We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (minus pharmacy). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, ensuring smooth operations, and creating an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members across the gift shop, soda fountain, and photo department.

Create, publish, and manage staff schedules to meet business needs.

Foster a positive and professional team culture through clear communication, coaching, and accountability.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Monitor daily operations, address challenges, and implement process improvements as needed.

Assist with managing inventory, ordering, and merchandising for the gift shop and soda fountain.

Uphold quality standards in guest service, product presentation, and cleanliness.

Serve as the key liaison between staff, upper management, and other departments.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related management role.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

Excellent organizational skills, including scheduling, inventory, and multitasking.

Hands-on problem solver with a focus on customer satisfaction and team success.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Proficiency with basic computer applications (POS systems, scheduling software, email).
