    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at the Landenberg Store. The Manager will ensure smooth business operations, deliver excellent customer service, and create a positive environment for both customers and employees. This individual will be responsible for staff supervision, financial performance, and maintaining the store’s reputation as a trusted part of the Landenberg community.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Staff Management

    Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store employees.

    Foster a positive and productive work environment.

    Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.

    Operations & Customer Service

    Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.

    Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

    Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.

    Inventory & Merchandising

    Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure proper stock.

    Oversee merchandising, displays, and promotions to drive sales.

    Conduct regular audits to minimize shrinkage and loss.

    Financial Management

    Monitor and analyze store performance, sales, and expenses.

    Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to ownership.

    Ensure compliance with budgets, payroll, and cash-handling procedures.

    Compliance & Safety

    Enforce company policies and procedures.

    Maintain compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.

    Ensure staff adherence to security and operational standards.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in retail management, hospitality, or related field.

    Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Proficiency in basic financial reporting and POS systems.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
