Store Manager / Lead Optician – Bermel Vision & Aesthetics

Locations: Leesburg, Fairfax, or Gainesville, VA Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Owner / Regional Manager

The Role We need an energetic, results-driven leader who can run the entire optical like their own business while keeping the patient experience world-class.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving optical sales, conversion rate, capture rate, and multiple-pair sales

Training, coaching, and developing the team daily (on-the-fly and formal reviews)

Inventory management, merchandising, and keeping the boards fresh

Weekly & monthly reporting and KPI tracking

Ensuring every patient receives the Elevated Patient Experience

Stepping in to sell, adjust, and troubleshoot when needed

Ideal Candidate

3–5+ years optical management or strong lead optician experience

Virginia Licensed Optician strongly preferred

Proven track record of hitting sales goals and developing teams

Confident giving feedback and holding people accountable with kindness

Always learning and open to new systems and ideas

Compensation
