Job Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on manager with 2–3 years of leadership experience in the dry-cleaning industry who can oversee store operations, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred
Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and workflow
Manage, train, and schedule team members
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
Monitor production timelines and maintain quality standards
Handle cash management, reporting, and basic administrative tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
Qualifications
2–3 years of management or supervisory experience in dry cleaning
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer tasks
