About the Role:

Lululand Adventure Park in Richmond, VA is looking for an energetic and passionate Store Manager to lead our team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences! Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store and park operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience

Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team of associates

Monitor sales performance, set goals, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth

Manage inventory, merchandising, and retail floor presentation

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with park and company policies

Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction standards

Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and operational KPIs

Requirements:

2+ years of retail or attraction/entertainment management experience required

Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10 or more

Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills

Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours in a dynamic environment

Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and guest-focused mindset

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or hospitality preferred
