    Job Description

    We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Houston Galleria boutique and drive business performance in a growing market.

    Opened in late 2024, this boutique presents a unique opportunity to take ownership of a newer location—building a strong client base, developing a high-performing team, and establishing Frette as a destination within the local luxury community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Team Development

    • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to consistently exceed sales and service goals
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
    • Set clear expectations, analyze performance, and implement action plans to drive results
    • Lead daily and monthly meetings to align priorities, communicate business updates, and strengthen team engagement

    Sales & Business Development

    • Act as a Frette Brand Ambassador, modeling elevated selling and storytelling around heritage and craftsmanship
    • Drive store profitability through strong KPI management and strategic decision-making
    • Build and maintain a loyal client base through CRM, outreach, and personalized service
    • Establish partnerships with interior designers, hospitality partners, and local businesses to grow the brand presence
    • Ensure an exceptional “white glove” client experience, including bespoke services and in-home consultations

    Operations & Store Excellence

    • Oversee all aspects of store operations including scheduling, reporting, and financial performance
    • Ensure execution of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
    • Manage inventory, stock flow, and loss prevention processes
    • Partner with corporate teams to execute business initiatives and continuously improve store performance
    • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with CRM tools, clienteling, and relationship-driven selling
    • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
    • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 40 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques
    • Ability to move throughout the boutique, stockroom, and offsite locations as needed
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing ladders
