Looking for a leadership role where you can run your own store, stay on the floor, and get paid based on performance?
Mattress Home is hiring a Store Manager for our St. Petersburg location — a high-responsibility role for a strong closer who’s ready to take ownership of a store and drive results.
This is not a sit-back management role. This is for someone who leads from the front and performs.

Compensation
$60,000 – $80,000+ expected annual earnings
Base salary (approx. $52,000)
Monthly SPIF opportunities ($8,000 - $15,000+ annually)
Additional commission based on performance
Designed for managers who can sell, lead, and produce
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position.
You will:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the St. Petersburg store Work the sales floor and help close deals Drive individual and store sales performance Maintain showroom standards and execution Handle customer interactions from greeting to post-sale Coordinate with delivery and operations teams Set the tone for accountability, energy, and results
Schedule
6 days per week (required) Includes weekends
