Job Summary
We’re opening a Bricks & Minifigs store in Butler, PA—a specialty toy retailer focused on buying, selling, and trading LEGO® products. We’re looking for a trustworthy, hands-on Store Manager to help us launch and run day-to-day operations. This isn’t a corporate retail gig—it’s a community-focused business where your leadership really matters. You’ll work closely with ownership to get the store ready for opening and will take the reins on tactical, customer-facing operations once we’re up and running.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, and lead employees
Coach employees in customer service
Create schedules
Plan and execute sales, promotions, and in-store events
Maintain information in the point of sale system
Oversee the receipt of products into inventory
Assist in initial store setup
Qualifications
Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred
Previous sales experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Excellent team building and leadership skills
