PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans is brewing more than just great coffee—we’re serving Southern hospitality, building community, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at the Sienna location.
About the Role: As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring our store maintains the welcoming, quality-driven atmosphere PJ’s is known for. You will bring a passion for coffee, excellence in service, and proven leadership experience to help grow our presence in the Sienna community. Part time training period with potential to go full time.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards
Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
Drive sales through community engagement, promotions, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in food service or retail management (coffee industry preferred)
Proven ability to lead a team and manage operations effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
