Job Summary: Lead the team at Qargo Coffee as a Store Manager. This role involves overseeing all store operations and fostering a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Handle staff scheduling, training, and development.
Provide excellent customer service and address issues promptly.
Ensure the store is clean, safe, and inviting.
Manage inventory and maintain product quality.
Drive sales and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (retail preferred).
Minimum 2 years of inventory management.
Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience.
Minimum 2 years in customer service.
Leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Passion for coffee and excellent service.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
