2- THE ROLE
We´re looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Store Manager to lead our New York
store with a thorough understanding of the quiet luxury market and a key focus on team
and client development.
Based in New York, this role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic
startup environment and in eager to make a significant impact. As the Store Manager,
you will be responsible for driving growth across all sales, managing operations,
managing the team and building a strong foundation for our brand in the store of New
York. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to shape the future of this
brand in the USA and be a key player in our global journey.
Under the direction of the Retail Manager, your duties will include:
With a passion for people development and leadership, you will be responsible for recruiting and building highly motivated and engaged teams.
This involves providing regular feedback, creating detailed career development plans, and guiding Managers to effectively lead and develop their own teams.
Lead by example on the floor, understand the Clients’ needs, identify potential areas of improvement and cultivate an excellence-driven culture.
Customer-oriented sales team management. Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives. Build a loyal Clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools.
Sales reporting, as well as analysis of sales KPIs to improve ratios. Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved.
Coordinate and execute client and influencer events alongside the PR Manager
Lead planned product purchases geared toward store sales.
Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss prevention, asset protection, and risk management.
3- YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF..
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team across multiple sales-oriented functions.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and experience in sales management (minimum 2 years) and performance reporting.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a store in its multiple tasks (staff, customer service, sales, purchasing, customer events)
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
Desire to live a unique international experience with global professional development.
English and Spanish Fluent, other languages will be considered a plus.
Computer proficiency in MS Office. Valuable knowledge of Shopify POS

Location of work: Soho, New York, USA.
$80.000-$100.000 Salary plus bonus for meeting incentives
