Are you a retail rockstar with a love for pets? We’re looking for a passionate, experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager at our charming pet boutique in Cambridge! This is a full time position Tuesday-Saturday; we are closed Sunday & Monday.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily retail operations with a focus on customer experience

Manage and motivate a small team of sales associates

Maintain inventory levels and merchandise displays

Build strong relationships with customers and their pets

Assist with planning events and promotions

We’re Looking For:

2+ years of retail and management experience

A genuine love for animals (bonus points if you have a pet!)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Someone reliable, organized, and customer-focused
