Responsibilities: • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, cleanliness, and safety standards, and create a welcoming environment • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and motivate staff to meet sales and service goals • Foster a positive, accountable, and service-driven culture • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships • Oversee proper receiving, storage, and rotation of products • Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local food safety, sanitation, health, and labor regulations • Maintain proper documentation and safety standards • Enforce company policies and procedures • Maintain strong merchandising standards and product presentation • Analyze sales performance, manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations Qualifications: • Retail management experience required (food/grocery experience preferred) • Food, grocery, deli, or restaurant management experience strongly preferred • ServSafe Certification is a plus. • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills • Ability to manage inventory systems, budgets, and sales reporting • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues effectively Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly based on experience
